‘Modalità di restituzione e rimborso AD MAIORA’


AD MAIORA è un marchio ecologico e contro la vendita impulsiva. Rimborsi e cambi sono possibili, ma non il nostro approccio preferenziale. Per questo e altri motivi consigliamo ai nostri clienti di leggere attentamente la descrizione dei nostri prodotti, di guardare le immagini e video a disposizione per ogni prodotto e di consultare attentamente la tabella misure prima di acquistare. Il cliente è considerato responsabile delle proprie scelte di acquisto. Tutta la merce deve essere restituita intatta, ciò significa con e nella scatola originale, con tutte le etichette, e biglietti (lettera ringraziamento e biglietto con codice segreto) e/o qualsiasi altro elemento che viene inviato con il prodotto al cliente. Qualsiasi cosa mancante o modificata non sarà accettata e verrà restituita al cliente senza ulteriori spiegazioni.

Ai nostri cari clienti in Cina (per i nostri clienti a Hong Kong, Macao e Taiwan per favore leggere le condizioni nella sezione sottostante ‘clienti internazionali’):
Local customers must first notify the store by email info@admaiorashanghai.com where they will receive further instructions on how to proceed with the returning and reimbursement of the item they wish to return and where they will also have to give the reason on why they wish to return their purchase. Pictures should be provided of the items in question, to check on their state and condition. Returned items will be inspected for retention of original quality and signs of damages. If each item is intact and in its original state, then the customer will be fully reimbursed. Failure to return the item in its original state, meaning showing signs of physical damage, tears, stains, or odors will see the item be returned to the customer without any reimbursement. The customer will have to pay out of their own expenses for the shipping costs to return the items he/she wishes to return and in doing so he/she must chose a premier carrier like SF or DHL just like we do to ensure the integrity and perfect state of our products when we ship to our customers. Items must be returned within 10 days of being delivered to their destination. Inspection and refunding process will begin once the item is delivered back to our address.
